CEO WSSCM awarded staff for their outstanding performance during Eidulfitr.
Mardan: The Chief Executive Officer of WSSCM, Shahid Khan, distributed cash awards and appreciation certificates among staff who demonstrated outstanding performance during Eid-ul-Fitr. A special ceremony was held to recognize their efforts in ensuring a clean and waste free environment for the public during the holy festival occasion.
On this occasion, all staff were commended for their dedication, particularly those who took part in special nighttime sanitation operations. Their hard work and commitment were highly appreciated.
Addressing the ceremony, CEO Shahid Khan emphasized that field staff play a vital role in the organization’s success and in delivering quality services to citizens. He praised their dedication, professionalism, and sense of responsibility, stating that such commitment is key to the organization’s growth and continued success.
He further noted that acknowledging excellent performance not only boosts employee moral but also sets a positive example for others.
